Care Ministry

Everyone experiences unexpected hardships, setbacks, and loss at some point,

but we don't have to go through them alone. The Creek Care Ministry exists to provide Christ-centered direction, support, and practical resources to meet

the needs of the people in our community.

IF THIS IS A LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY, DIAL 911;

OR CALL THE SUICIDE PREVENTION HOTLINE AT 800-273-8255.

  • Crisis care

    The Creek partners with a wide range of local agencies which provide practical resources for critical circumstances, e.g. addiction, abuse, job loss, homelessness. Please complete this FORM so that we can best determine which resources you may qualify for.

  • Spiritual care

    Our Spiritual Care Team is made up of trained 'lay-leaders' who provide prayer, encouragement, and guidance to those in need of short-term biblical direction. Our team members are not counselors but can supply referrals. Complete this FORM to have a Spiritual Care Team member contact you.

  • Helping Hands

    We know that taking care of a home or vehicle can be difficult, especially when facing financial, health, or family challenges. Our Helping Hands team is made up of volunteers who love Jesus and want to be His hands and feet in our community. If you require assistance with a home, yard, or vehicle project, or help with moving in/out of your home, please complete this FORM and we will do our best to serve you.

  • Meals

    If you are temporarily in need of meal delivery due to illness, extended hospitalization, new baby, etc. and you attend the Creek (but do not belong to a Small Group), please allow us to bless you with up to two meals per circumstance. Complete this FORM to provide details.

  • BENEVOLENCE RESOURCES

    Whether a sudden loss of employment, a medical emergency, or some other monetary struggle, we understand that there are times you may need a little financial help. The Creek Church offers limited financial assistance, as they are able and per policy guidelines, to those in need. To be considered for benevolence help, read our policy HERE.
